- Develop your skills
- Picking, Chords, Arpeggios, Scales, Rhythm, Notes & Aural
- Use a metronome
- Have just the right challenge
- When choosing something to play, it is important to choose something that will stretch you but not break you. Too easy and you won't improve, but too hard and you will become demotivated. This is why following a structured method as we have at Beginner Guitar Academy is so important!
- Wipe down your strings
- This will extend the life of your strings and keep your fretboard clean from dirt and grime buildup.
- Record your practice session
-

-
Start by recording the following:
Date and time
What was practiced
How it went (good or bad)
Any thoughts or insights
Anything else of interest
